3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time of request and may be subject to change depending on material costs, design alterations, or other unforeseen factors.
Final pricing will be confirmed once the design is approved and the scope of work is clearly defined.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or prior to delivery, unless otherwise specified upon the quotation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer via the account specified on the quotation.
Late payments may incur interest charges of [5%] per month.
5. Custom Work and Design
For custom woodworking projects, a design will be provided for customer approval before production begins.
Any changes to the design after approval may result in additional charges or delays.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We will provide an estimated delivery date, but this is subject to change based on material availability, production timelines, and other factors.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site is accessible and ready to receive the goods.
Delivery charges will apply unless otherwise specified.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
If a customer cancels an order after work has commenced, the deposit may be non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for custom or personalized products unless there is a defect or issue with the final product.
Cancellations must be made in writing, and approval is at our discretion.
8. Warranty and Returns
We offer a 6 month Warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.
Returns will be considered only for defective products or issues resulting from our craftsmanship.
Stock Wood Joinery cannot be held responsible in any manor for third party materials.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and intellectual property created by Stock Wood Joinery remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Customers may not reproduce or distribute any designs or products without written consent.
Stock Wood Joinery cannot be held responsible for failure of customer design related designs.

10. Liability
Our liability for any damages arising from the use of our services or products is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific item or service causing the issue.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Privacy
We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, contact details) to provide our services. We will never sell or share this information without your consent, except as required by law.
By using our services, you consent to our privacy policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
